We find this place open in Marfa to eat. We sat at the bar and had to wait bartenders or servers until we drink and order. That was the only problem, but once we got our drinks and food, it was quite worth waiting for it. I like her fried steak with Jalapeño Gravy and pistachios. It was so delicious.
