Walking up and down the street in Margaret River today you couldnt help but smell the delicious aroma coming out of the huge meat smoker in the courtyard at Settlers Tavern. They do a different smoked cut of meat for each day of the week and today was beef brisket. The wife and I had to try it and we werent disappointed, it was delicous! Relaxed evening and efficient staff. Enjoyed a lovely red and one of the best slow cooked brisket dishes . Would recommend .
