What User doesn't like about Subway Margaret River:
I went to Subway for lunch. I was expecting to by a 6" Roast Beef on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The manager serving said they were out of ALL breads except for wrap and flat bread, so I ordered a wrap. When I got to the till(end of the servery) , the was not one cookie in the cookie section!!! Absolutely appalling. View all feedback.
I have to say this place really does have a large vegetarian menu and they were a sponsor for the Vegan Festival recently.
Right now this is my favourite restaurant in the whole city.
We arrived in Margaret River around 4.30 pm. Grabbed our usual subs and headed to our cabin easy tasty healthy
A lot of ingredients were not well drained and made for a soggy lunch. Needs to improve. Hot choices need to be at least warm too.
Two recent reviewers noted: "No different' and "...same as the others...". I disagree.I enjoy lunch at Subway. The wide variety of breads, sauces, options and ingredients means a customised, 'just-how-you-like-it' combination, resulting in a tasty, relatively healthy meal. But this Subway _is_ a little different. It was missing, so I put it on the map. See the attached pic, to see what I mean. Hopefully, it will _stay_ on the map. Can't complain about my 15cm Sub, which tasted great... and was filling. Service was pretty good, quick, attentive, friendly... and tables were cleaned promptly. Looking for the daily "West", I spotted the only copy... and was so surprised I photographed it. Nine days old. Nah... couldn't be nine days old, could it? See the pic... .It is disappointing that this franchise doesn't participate in many of the promotions and specials other Subways further north offer. It's also evident that more-and-more south-west cafes have ceased providing those extra little things that make the experience special... and bring people (with so many other choices) back. We know WA is quietly doing-it-tough, but tourism and customer satisfaction offer real economic benefits to our small south-west towns... .
