"Wait two hours. the food was not even worth waiting. mango shake was almost taste like all milk and sugar. watermelon limonade does not taste like watermelon. pad thai that my partner ordered tasty blande and gumy texture. don't waste your time here. -1/5"

"Harbour Lights was recommended by our guide at the Tulapos Marine Sanctuary. It is the only place we saw going to Cabughanay Falls that serves meal. It has Filipino food as well as sandwiches and burgers. We had their cheeseburger which was good but just had too much mustard. The buttered chicken was really good! It was moist, crispy and had enough saltiness to it. The pancit canton was good too, just a little bit salty for our palate. I have to ask another calamansi to balance it out. The servings are great for sharing and the price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get."
