"Not impressed. No sense of urgency. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with zero movement. Pulled back out, decided to go inside. No one inside. Young man behind the counter was courteous and kind. He earned the stars. Apart from that, the drinks were mediocre. Not for his lack of trying, I imagine it was just the drinks we got. Also couldn 't scan my points. They claimed it was because of their wifi and that it should work once I left, however, I 've been trying to scan this receipt since I got home. Still says ooops! ?waste of money and serious waste of time."

"Very poor service. I have given this location multiple tries and they always mess up my order. Not only has my order been incorrect but the time it takes to get even some chicken nuggets is ridiculous well over a 20-25 minute wait at all times of the day. Also if you plan on going anytime after 8 pm it's cash only I have gone on 5 separate days and at night you aren't able to order unless you have cash..."

"The manager took a personal call, then was celebrating getting an Interview with a VP who is “only in town for 2 days.” Then, took another personal call and went to the bathroom. Meanwhile one person was making food. Finally the manager returned from the bathroom and helped make food. My single item took 18 minutes from payment to in hand."
