I only give 3 stars, because while my mushroom coffee coffee coffee sat down, my daughter got a tropical smoothie that didn't taste so great and when I asked if she had something to sweeten because it didn't taste so great, they told me that they had honey, but they had to recharge me for another smoothie and it seemed like the guy just didn't want to be helpful at all. what happened to friendly customer service? if... The acai bowl was not amazing. I’ve had delicious acai bowls at other restaurants, so this was disappointing. And pricey.
I’m new to the area and haven’t found a good salad place. Finally tried Kale Me Crazy. Food was fine, but nothing spectacular. I think it’s pretty expensive for the portion size. The store front was clean and the service was good, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Not sure if I will return any time soon.
I visited this location last night at 7:30 pm. Kate( if that is her real name), had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at this particular location. She did not greet me and barely looked me in my eyes and had a horrible attitude. She had three customers waiting for their orders so maybe she was stressed? I was indecisive so I hoped that gave her time to get caught up. I made fun of my indecisiveness and told her that I hope that it helped her to get caught up. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Not one time did she display a smile or good customer service to any one of the customers waiting. Two customers said thank you to her and walked out of the door discussing her bad attitude. Although she did not display friendly behavior to the customers in the store, I overheard laughter from Kate and the other employee in the back. I finally received my order and honestly I was almost afraid to consume it. My hope is that the owner extends customer service training to this young lady. We all have bad experiences lead to a loss of business. She certainly made me not trust the preparation of my food. I want to feel good about the places that I choose to support. I certainly understand being tired and having a bad day but Kate’s service was unacceptable. Kate: Greet customers with a smile even if you have had a bad day. Maybe it will assist you with getting through a tough moment If a customer is indecisive, provide some recommendations Thank your customer for their patience Thank your customers for their business as they are leaving Never roll your eyes If you don’t like your job, re-evaluate why you are there but don’t make someone else’s experience miserable because you are having a bad day. Re-evaluate why you are in a job that you hate Would you want to eat food prepared by someone who rolls there eyes and have a bad attitude?
Very cute delicious cupcakes. They are the most cake like cupcakes I've had. Very good breading with just great icing based on which flavor you chose. I got s'mores and it was marshmellow whip on top of this amazing vanilla icing and chocolate drizzle on chocolate cake base. So good.
Been at this location once before cupcakes tasted good. Went in tonight and there were ants on the counter by the register.
