What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
The customer service is horrible. I ordered take out. When I got home, 5 minutes away, the avacado on my sandwich is black. I called to talk to management and was told no we are to busy. Very disappointed in the service View all feedback.
Disappointing experience. Overpriced and inaccurate items in my order. I will not be back. Key ingredients missing from my sandwiches.
Placed order in advance via app for pick up. Get there and they are out of the what I ordered. Very disappointing.
