Taco Mac - Marietta

Hannah was the BEST!!! Went there for the hawks vs. Celtics game tonight with my fiancé and the wings, beer, and service was bomb (per usual). Anyone who hates on this place is just a hater in general. Also, she brought my phone out to my car which was so unlike me to leave it but seriously she’s the best. Ask for her

If I had the phone number for the GM, I’d call him/her directly. Every single order we make comes out wrong. Every. Single. One. No ownership of mistakes and no ability to correct errors made. I’ve given them a lot of grace over the years, but that time is over. Our family is done giving money to this Taco Mac.

Staff is nice but sometimes the service is either really good or not at all. The food and drinks are good

Eating is tasteful. the waiting staff we met was very friendly and helpful. the only criticism I have is that all eating was incredibly fat. a tacos, from which I drained oil when I was lifted off the plate.

I took a customer to lunch in taco mac marietta. we did not have any attention for more than 30 minutes. the stands around us were taken care of. the waitress that ran 5-8 times from us never recognizes us and says I will be right with them. while I was sitting, I noticed at least 5 waitresses standing with the host while we were sitting there ignored. this was my first trip to taco mac and it will be my last! this load is in sad form, they must obviously train their employees. Even with all the hardships we have made with the kovid, this is completely unacceptable through any eating. I will never come back and bring a customer there.
