"This place is popular with the locals and can get really busy. Service can be excellent for months and then they have a rough patch with new hires. One of the things that makes a restaurant stand out to me, is a unique dish I know is going to be hard to find just anywhere. For me, that dish for Las Trancas is Piña Loca!!! Cheesy Mexican chicken and peppers served in a halved pineapple! Delicious!!"

"One of the best place to eat in Marietta, OH. As far as I know this is the best option for high end dinning in Marietta. The staff was friendly and efficient. Not quite at the level you might expect for high end dinning, but I'm not sure they have had a good example of what that would look like. They get the job done and are great for the most part. I've not had a bad experience with any of my food choices here. I'd like there to be more parking, but I don't know if there is a way to improve or increase their parking. The tables are kind of jammed into a room and some of them really aren't set up for having a fine dining experience. it does kind of ruin the experience if you get one of the jammed in tables and have to squeeze between the table and a wall, no matter your body shape/size."

"How nice to find a place that takes gluten free seriously! They offer a gluten-free crust pizza that is pretty good. It's nice to find one that is real crust, not just cauliflower, although they also have that as a low-carb option. The pizza was baked in a dedicated oven and served covered, with gloves, so the threat of cross-contamination was minimal. The service was excellent and the decor quietly appropriate. Definitely will go back again! Food: 5"
