"We stayed at this hotel for five days for Carnival. The room and location were great. The housekeeping, front desk, bar staff, even the security personnel provided great customer service, helpful and very friendly; however, a staff member (food runner), in the hotel restaurant, by the name of Maria, was not as customer-focused nor friendly to us. There seems to be a serious lack of organization within the hotel’s restaurant. While the older wait staff are seasoned in the service industry, the younger staff members have no idea what it means to be friendly and customer-centered. Additionally, a family of four sat down at the table beside us 15 minutes after we’d ordered, yet they received their food well before us! Not to mention, our waitress never came to check on us after we placed our order with her. Our interaction with the entire hotel staff was awesome until we encountered Maria, and the waitress on the last day of our visit. Although I’ll stay at the hotel again, I’ll steer clear of the restaurant. The restaurant service there is horrible."

"Excellent food with a spectacular view. Our last day of cruise, we traveled to the French side and spent the day on the beach! The restaurant provided lounge chairs with our reservation. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal...fresh seafood, best pina colada on trip and incredible desserts!"

"We have been here times in the past few years. food quality has gone down each time. i'm sorry to say we wont be back on our next trip to Anguilla. I love their cookbook and enjoy making many of their dishes at home. Unfortunately you can't overcook fish and other meats and just cover them with a sauce and make it all better. Our "fresh fish" seemed like it was sitting under a hot light at McDonalds far too long. Their sides were good though. I have no doubt they can improve their quality to what tt was in the past. but for the price it needs to be much better. try Veya for a treat"

"We arrived for the day with the cruise ship and were on an island tour and I opened the find me gluten free app to look for a safe place to eat. this place was listed and had good reviews, so we had on this wise. the staff was over gluten-free and our lunch was delicious. I had no gluten problems. that is also fantastic. highly recommended. we had the alambre (fajitas) and chips. (see photos)"
