25 minutes in line to discover that you couldn't order the rotisserie chickens because they were raw. The cashier answers me telling me that they must come from Formia. To my question: yes but when? He doesn't raise his head and ignores me. The pizza chef argues with the cashier in front of the customers. I couldn't get rid of a queue of 5 people (all impatient) for the entire 25 minutes I remained in line in vain. They even ignored the answers on the phone. Disorganization and non-existent service.
