I went to fix the POS that wasn't working, I found a wonderful working environment, a more than serene climate (rare these days) and kind, helpful people. Requested 3 ounces of porchetta...weighed 4 ounces and a half...but this is not a problem if the porchetta had been cut in a humane way...we expected a fine cut of slices, just enough to make a sandwich , as the other porchettari in the area do... we ended up with three blocks of meat as big as Florentine steaks, unpresentable... practically a nuisance!!!... not to mention the non-functioning of the ATM (a recurring...
