Very positive experience!My son has Celiac Disease so there are a lot of precautions that 99% of people are not aware of. When we told the staff that his icecream needed to be GF and prepared separately, they jumped on it right away and took all extra precautions to prevent any cross contamination! Busy Valentines night and Ciera was doing amazing all on her own! Made our night, highly recommend.
Outstanding ice cream. Customer service was excellent . We received our ice cream very quickly. The experience was wonderful.
They were out of the Silk plant-based ice cream. Everyone else enjoyed their dairy ice cream.
Really lousy service. Employees kept walking into the back and talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers. When they did serve the customers they were rude. The store was dirty. I’ve ever seen service that bad in an cream shop.
