FOOD: the food is amazingly delicious! i got a jerk mixed dinner. the chicken was seasoned w/ a lil heat. i didn’t need to add any jerk sauce to it! the cabbage...

Had the Jerk Rib Tip it was really good! Also Jerk chicken never disappoints? Chicken very moist. Rice is on point.

"Been a customer of subport for years, my favorite item to get is the garlic fries. They are a must when going there, along with the combo which is the roast beef corn beef sandwich. The staff has always been so sweet when i have gone. And the owner is a real nice guy, he makes sure his customers leave satisfied. Even out of town friends make it a point to stop at subport while they are in town. Which clearly says alot about how fresh and good the food is. Definitely recommend people give it a try."

"I recommend that if you are thinking about eating her, go to the nearby Culver's instead. I ordered 2 burgers and one small fry and it came out to 30 dollars and I waited for at least 20 minutes even though they weren't that busy. The food was certainly not worth the wait The fries were bland and tasteless and the burger bun got so mushy and messy It was really hard to eat and nothing about it made it stand out as good tasting. It's a giant overpriced glorp slop of a mess"

"CAUTION!!! DO NOT SPEND ONE RED CENT WITH THE BUSINESS. IT'LL BE A WASTE OF MONEY AND UNEDITABLE FOOD. The worst experience ever!!!! My food lacked seasoning and tasted blandish. They were stingy with battering and cooked my food super soft. To top it off my fish had that half cooked, half raw ocean taste. I knew complaining and asking for a refund was out of the question. This business seems money hungry period...forget customer service. What a waste of $26 and some change. I would've done better going next door for a catfish fillet dinner and medium shrimp dinner. Next time I'll gladly make the drive to Simply Shrimp. The food is waaaay delicious and service is better. Plus they have a wider menu selection. Truthfully speaking zero stars should be my rating but one is the lowest allowed."
