The recommendations have all been solid. I have bought three Jura E8 machines and I’ve had zero problems with all three machines. They sold me a defective rancilio silvia espresso machine and told me I had to ship it back to NJ. after telling me it wasn't defective. I highly recommend buying one directly from the company and not here. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. No stars wasn't an option. They ripped me off! View all feedback.
