"Played Marlbourough CC for the first time yesterday. It was a scramble tournament. The staff was friendly. The course was absolutely impeccable. The best conditioned course I have played in many years, The layout was challenging and the advice of 'keep it below the hole ' was an understatement. "Really exceptional sushi hidden away in an unassuming location. The ambience is okay, nicer than a lot of strip mall sushi places, but the food is just excellent. Really worth the trip. The service is also very good, with the waiters being quite kind and attentive.Parking: Parking is part of a small strip mall/commercial area. There's usually enough parking for everyone. It's not huge like some parking lots but there are plenty of spots."

"I really wasn’t sure how I was going to like this place. Turns out, it was really good and makes for a great treat lunch!This place is interesting. It’s not your standard, meat and cheese and bread, sub shop like subway. It’s a panini place, and they serve up some pretty unique combinations. Favorites of mine include the Cubano, chicken pesto, and southwest chicken. While the pricing seems relatively simple for the sizes, be aware that the small is pretty small, the medium is pretty big, and the large is a mammoth. Go for a medium if your hungry, and a large if you’re starving or want half for later.The sandwiches are stuffed, hot, cheesy, and just all around good. Like I mentioned, there are a lot of weird combos available here, so take your time reading the menu before you commit to getting it as is. The southwest chicken, with chipotle mayo, cheese, tomato and pickles surprisingly features salami. I was unsure at first, but surprisingly it all comes together pretty well!Give this place a try if you get the chance. The portions are good, the prices are reasonable, and the quality beats anything you’d grab from Subway or the like."

"Had take out from The Plum Tomato last night. LOVED it!! Tried three things. 1. Chicken Parm with linguine. Chicken was fresh, not over breaded and moist. Tomato sauce was refreshing and vibrant (not overly canned from what I could tell). Pasta perfectly done. Saving the best for last... best mozzarella cheese I had in some time. 2. Cheese pizza. Same great fresh sauce and cheese as above. Nice crust that reminded me of my favorite NY Style pizza!! 3. Side Salad (that you could order with a meal). I was less impressed with this. I was excited to see on their menu that their salads had mixed green and nice veggies which I was really looking forward too. But it was a bit bland and not what I expected. This was a side salad and not 'a salad meal/entree ' so not sure if they are different. I love salad and wanted more then the regular 'pizza joint ' iceburg pile. SUMMARY: They are now one of my go to places. I encourage everyone to give them a try and make sure they stay Open and in Marlborough!!"
