I remember staying here more than once when it was The Sun Inn. Happy memories. And I have been back since upgrade and name change. Dropped in today for a swift pint, out of the RAIN and only had time for a Starter. Delicious, tasty. Not cheap here anymore, but will save up and come back for a treat. Service is excellent. Went with a large group. The food was ok, and I had fish and chips. The batter was a bit thick and stodgy. For pudding, I chose Eton Mess, which consisted of a bit of meringue a few chopped up strawberries and a bit of cream, and at £8, I was expecting something a little more.
