Overall, the food at this restaurant was good. However, my husband and I ordered a triple burger for almost $14 and were disappointed to find that it was not much bigger than a regular hamburger. Customer service needs work, but hey it's 2023, I get it. Giving a 3 star because I looked online prior to placing an order and there was almost a $3 difference on pricing. Great food and great service tonight! We have been eating Big Burger Grille for years and it is always fantastic! We had a huge order and every item was just as we ordered. Yummy!

Delicious burgers! If this was in my hometown, I’d eat here way too often.
I tried 3 times and was put on hold . I understand they may have been busy but you would have thought after that many times the person would have taken my order. That being said I have ate there a few time and they have very good food. That is why I try and eat there if I'm out that way.
Reminds me of Five Guys burger joint. Great burgers and the best cheese curds around. Great service on top of that.
