Came through the drive through this morning for a black forest latte, and the person taking care of me was just so awesome. I didn't get their name, they had short hair and glasses and a cool septum piercing. Thanks for being so kind and cheerful this morning. And the latte? Perfect. This is the WORST BIGGBY'S I have been to! Not only do they not fill the cup, they barely put in the ingredients! My kid is going to college here in the fall and will be switching to Starbucks for the time being! Btw the one is a Boba...can't tell? That's because she used a teaspoon to get 1 scoop out!!
