Super reception of the owner who took the time to tell us about his Riad, no, his Dar, his origin, his walls and why these forms... The inside of the main courtyard is really to see. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dar Mima:
The food was really good, the kitchen staff happy and friendly BUT we waited one hour and ten minutes for madame to arrive after being told she would be there in twenty minutes.....Marrakech time I guess. Others came and left giving up on the wait. Once she finally arrived to start service at 8:40pm she didn’t apologize but did gradually warm over the evening. Hidden in a dead-end street of the old city of Marrakech, this is probably one of the very few places in Marrakech where you can have authentic Moroccan food. However, you have to find it first which is easier said than done. Once found, entering the restaurant is like getting into the house of a Moroccan family with amazing smells and perfumes. The service is ensured by the charming Mrs Mima herself. Food is amazing and really tasty with authentic traditional dishes. I must admit that it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth every dirham.
