Fantastic hotel. I stayed twice already, first in and then in May The hotel is really beautiful, immersed in nature and with incredible views on the sea and on the Egadi’s islands. Tried to eat here. Waiter was irrelevant, didn't even tried to greet me or give me a menu. Have to take menu myself. Other people also had to take menu themselves. Sit there for minutes waiting to make an order. Tried to call waiter...multiple times. No luck. And in menu they put a charge for euro pp for service. Absolutely unacceptable.
