"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this pastry shop, having ordered small favors for an important event. The favors were made in a totally approximate manner, packaged when they were not yet dry and therefore they also arrived ruined as well as in a lower number than requested, which I instead paid for in full. No seriousness or professionalism unfortunately. Too bad. And the 'refund ' offered following my complaints, for the difference in the missing favors... only after the event has occurred, nothing resolves."
