We have eaten at Daniel’s in NY The Bahamas and French Laundry in CA. I say this so you know that we have experienced great French Restaurants. We had the 5 course dinner at Alcyone and only 1 course was edible. They would not tell us the menu in advance said it was a chef’s surprise. The one meat was pigeon and it was raw.
