As the French do not drink tea it was nice to find one in Marseille. Staff were very polite on all visits and willing to communicate. McCafe area was clean and tidy with staff always busy. Did not have a meal but with all the cafes and restaurants in the area it was very busy every time we frequented. Le franchisé qui détient cette enseigne ferait meiux de prendre des cours de managements et de s'occuper de son enseigne différemment.Le personnel est en dessous de tout , peu sympathique et vraiment là pour gagner sa vie.
