Went to Applebee’s today and I had the best experience ever! The manager came over to my table and had a huge smile on her face and was thrilled to do her job. Two orders a week apart Cheese burger with fries with beef patty. No pink. First order arrived without the bun. Week later patty very pink almost red but at least we got a bun this time. I tried to contact Applebee's in Marshall, MI for 3 hours with no response. I will not be giving them my business anymore after today.
