"In a small residential complex in an in-house from a side street 50 meters from the beautiful main square, this little jewel is hidden. we were greeted like family, which makes sense, because le remuald of maman, papa and her daughter, is busy on vacation. of university. there are about 20 covers in the courtyard, another 20 inside, but the two areas are rare, if at all both used at once. dominating the interior is an open wood fire, over which madam cooks all the meat and the whole flesh appears exactly as desired and perfectly tasted. it is blessed with a head full of weeping and an instinct for meat. it is a simple menu of three set menus of exceptional value and a short à la carte. a large part of the menu is grilling over wood and this is excellent. Other elements include local products in rich salads, vegetables, calves and foie grass, fruit and cheese. all delicious, fresh and not a whole meal mile between them these ingredients travel food meters and nothing else. also the wine list, very pleasant and affordable, consists almost completely of gaillacois weeping. for 33 years, the common chicks have created an enviable local kitchen that provides a standard of eating and service that would be the envy of many great businesses. if they are in this part of france, near to toulouse, and if they like honest local cuisine, then this is a must lisle sur tarn, the city, is worth visiting in anyone's guide le romuald is the price when they get it."
