Church's Texas Chicken

This trip was excellent! The staff was super friendly and even though we waited for biscuits, they got them out faster than the original wait time they quoted! Great job team! Keep it up

The young lady that took my order couldn’t seem to figure understand my order. I had to tell her 5 times. They were out out cooked chicken, so I had to wait 20mins for them to cook it. When I got home, they got my order wrong. The chicken didn’t taste very good either. I won’t be going back to this dump.

I am a doordasher and will never accept a delivery from this place again. I sat in the drive through because the doors were locked at 1pm on a Tuesday. Normally I’d run in quickly to grab the order. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes listening to the girl talk to other employees through her headset. Never once asked me to hold for a moment or anything. Never spoke to me. I said “hello” and she finally said give me one second. Never turned her headset off. Continued to complain about customers not realizing I could hear, I guess. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in fast food. Would not recommend. The managers need to do something.
