What Mary Catherine Hucks Noles likes about Steak 'n Shake:
Disappointed that there is no longer any table service. Very cold impersonal atmosphere. Order via touchscreen. Self-serve drinks, however, are a plus. The manager used to visit tables. Now he ignores each table completely. Came in, went straight to the kitchen (no problem there), and proceeded to cut up with the staff while they worked. View all feedback.

What David Allen doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
Walked in and was told to use kiosks. Then the manager just turned his back and walked away. Girl was even less helpfull. What happened to this restaurant? If i wanted to type my lifes history into a kiosk id go to the VA. Your restaurant now officially sucks. View all feedback.
