We visited Le Bourg Ville, as we really wanted to give the Fondue Vigneronne a try. And we did not regret it! The place is welcoming, the food quality is good. We decided to give the Fondue vigneronne a try and the meat was really tender. Be careful not to mistake it with the Fondue Bacchus, for which they use frozen lower quality meat.
