Very disappointed pizza from 33 cm to 12 euro and not even cooked with wood fire in electric oven frite frying also the frittes are served in a bowl with small...

"Restaurant dear to the quality of the dishes. 35€ for a christmas menu foie gras of the chef lamb mouse confite to honey and thyme accompanied by a dauphinois gratin with iced truffle cream, which on paper seems correct. The foie gras was not bad but was a bit of flavor. Lamb mouse was not properly cooked and rubbery. I left more than half on the bone that couldn't get it off. The dauphinois gratin was very good, with a pleasant taste of truffle The small slice of iced log was clearly industrial. The service was very long, we were a group of 15 people and we waited almost 30 minutes between the entrances and the dishes. In addition, some opted for à la carte dishes without entry and they were served before menu entries, which is illogical. They ate their dishes and then spent their time waiting for those who had taken the menu for desserts. The salmon pizza ordered by one of us was too loaded with cheese but with very few salmon (which tastes more like salmon trout). The tiramisu were correct."
