Blake's is the best. Every time I drive from Nashville to our farm in Rives, I have to have my Blake's fix. He smokes the best brisket ever! I mixed it up the other night and ordered the nachos with brisket. I was a little disappointed with the lack of brisket and too many jalapeños and pickled onions.
