I rated the service low cause the employee refused to give me the key to use the restroom until I placed my ordered. So I placed my order first. After I got my food, I witnessed the same employee giving a customer the key to the restroom who did not even place a order. Overpriced and their supposed char broiled are frozen hamburgers heated disgusting!!! What happened to Carl's Jr horrible service ????
Carl's appeal used to be the place to be if you wanted a good fast food ɓurger. My last visit is my last visit.
