My husband and I went to San Francisco for Valentines Day. I am from SF, but he had never been. I decided to take him to Tiburon as a treat so he could see just how amazing this community is. We happened upon Tiburon wine and Jerry. What a treat! If I could give them zero stars I would. SO RUDE!!!! Walked in, no greeting at all. The guy just sat in his back office and glanced at us and did not even move. THEN SOMEONE ELSE CAME IN, AND THE WORKER/OWNER ADDRESSES THAT PERSON!!!!! Not sure if it was just a worker or owner).... but he literally walks past us to greet the person behind us as if that person was 100x more important than us. It was so incredibly rude... read more.
