came in to pick up a beer while I waited for someone to arrive in the train, since del cielo was closed at the end of the bar sat, no one came in to even say hello for 10 mnts, there were 3 girls behind the bar and about 7 more guests on the bar. that is terrible service, especially because they all saw me, one of the server bartenders even took the credit card device that was two inches of my poor. then the older da... "I used to really like this place. I liked the products. I've always ordered in bulk as well. Today I stopped by to pick up my orders, and I asked if I could use the restroom really bad. Like, really bad. I was told the restroom is only for employees use only. I was asked to walk to the next store over to use a restroom. Lack of common sense and consideration I guess. Employees here suck with service and again, lack of common sense I'll bring my business somewhere else."
