What User doesn't like about Frosty Rolls Ice Cream:
The quality has gone down. I ordered four bowls including one tiny bowl of cotton candy flavored rolled ice cream. The worker must've used too much flavor or dye because it wasn't a light blue/cotton candy blue as we've had in the past. It was a bright darker blue and stained terribly. We enjoyed it years ago but the quality has slacked. Will not be back again. View all feedback.
