We have eaten at Felicio's several times and loved it every time. The buffet was amazing sorry to see it go. The pizza alone is addicting and turned me on to mozzarella in a big way. People don't know what they are missing fresh authentic food daily prepared and served by great folks. I hope the word gets out about Martinsburg's best kept secret in good cuisine.
