"I live 40 minutes away and always enjoyed making a trip to Mamies at least once a month. We have raved about the food to our friends and make frequent recommendations because of the portion sizes and taste. Dining area is small and wait time seems a little excessive for amount of customers, but food made up for the small inconveniences. However, our last experience will be our final trip. My family and I went for breakfast and I had very clearly ordered the same thing I always get, which was a small breakfast mess. The girl taking my order wrote that I ordered a Grand Canyon mess. When the order finally came to the table, I noticed it wasn't what I ordered. The waiter argued with me and said that it was similar (It costs more, had extras such as queso, sausage, Italian dressing, and mushrooms) not similar at any rate, and I explained that I can't have some of those ingredients. He continued to argue with me and said he asked the girl who took the order, and she said she remembers me ordering that. Her word against mine. Eventually, waiter slapped down what I originally ordered in front of me and tapped the receipt for emphasis. Very rude service. Seemed like new staff this time. I am very very disappointed. Ended up having to pay for what I didn't order as well. Not sure who is in charge of this establishment, but at this rate they will lose what good thing they had going if this kind of service continues."

"We arrived, paid for admission and walked to a chair. As soon as our bag hit the chair, the whistle was blown and everyone was told to get out of the water due “storms in the area.” We were forced to huddle under an overhang with everyone in the park. Cramming humans in an enclosed space during Covid was foolish. Ahh, but it was convenient for them as it was right where the snack bar is. They racked up a ton of sales. Coincidence? Not. We expected a 20-30 minute wait for safety. Instead we waited a long time with children in tow. There was zero communication from the staff. Lifeguards sat there engrossed in phones. No thunder/lightning. No rain. No storm, No updates. Asking for more information at the office was a no-no. They refused to disclose the last time that any storm element was in the area nor when normal operations would resume. Despite the ‘no refunds’ policy, one family was given vouchers for the next day, We were not offered this and when we inquired about passes, the office staff was incredibly rude. Summary: Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes on a sunny day for no apparent reason: It felt like a TOTAL SCAM. Perhaps it was a lack of lifeguards. Half of the park was already shut down when we arrived. This was our third visit over the years. We will never return. Save your time and your money. If you are looking for a fun time, skip this water park and drive to DelGrosso."

"The Boston Cream Crepe is to die for!!!! Peach smootie was delicious as well. Veggie Omelet was okay. I got Door Dash and it might be some that needs to be eat fresh. The pesto in the omelette was amazing though. The Matcha Green Tea Latte was brownish green and that means its older and you could tell."
