"I went with a group of 12 for a late lunch. Food and service were great. Bakery items were awesome. I had a freshly made glazed donut (unbeknownst to my wife). "A good friend had taken me here two weeks ago and I was blown away. I took my husband today and he was just as impressed as I was. We like our food and we were shocked at the quantity and quality of the food!! Best food we've had out in years!! The bakery is to die for also!! They are not cheap with any of their ingredients!!! Cafe and bakery!!! You don't mind paying if it's this big and this good. Unfortunately, that is the only downside! Cafe is quite reasonable, but bakery, although the best baked goods we've ever eaten they know it!! We bought a small pear pie to take home and I was in shock when I saw it cost $12.00!! And donuts are $2.00 each. A piece of cake is $2.00. A couple of cookies in a baggie were $4.50, cinnamon and sticky buns were reasonable $6.50 for 4 huge ones. They are not frugal with the icing or cinnamon sticky syrup and nuts! If you are willing to pay, you won't be disappointed, but I do have to admit that I told myself that I can make the same thing for free at home, but if you must have it right now, you won't regret the high price. This place is martinsburg's best kept secret!!!"

"We arrived, paid for admission and walked to a chair. As soon as our bag hit the chair, the whistle was blown and everyone was told to get out of the water due “storms in the area.” We were forced to huddle under an overhang with everyone in the park. Cramming humans in an enclosed space during Covid was foolish. Ahh, but it was convenient for them as it was right where the snack bar is. They racked up a ton of sales. Coincidence? Not. We expected a 20-30 minute wait for safety. Instead we waited a long time with children in tow. There was zero communication from the staff. Lifeguards sat there engrossed in phones. No thunder/lightning. No rain. No storm, No updates. Asking for more information at the office was a no-no. They refused to disclose the last time that any storm element was in the area nor when normal operations would resume. Despite the ‘no refunds’ policy, one family was given vouchers for the next day, We were not offered this and when we inquired about passes, the office staff was incredibly rude. Summary: Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes on a sunny day for no apparent reason: It felt like a TOTAL SCAM. Perhaps it was a lack of lifeguards. Half of the park was already shut down when we arrived. This was our third visit over the years. We will never return. Save your time and your money. If you are looking for a fun time, skip this water park and drive to DelGrosso."

"The Boston Cream Crepe is to die for!!!! Peach smootie was delicious as well. Veggie Omelet was okay. I got Door Dash and it might be some that needs to be eat fresh. The pesto in the omelette was amazing though. The Matcha Green Tea Latte was brownish green and that means its older and you could tell."
