"Almond salad with cheap gray almond milk. No. This is a shame as I generally bought Fish Rivers roast coffee elsewhere. Meal was terrible. A barely reheated lumpy rice blob curry. I couldn't eat it. It's horrible. Partners who eat everything could not. Other semi-burgers looked gray like a frozen supermarket. Very inconspicuous waste of money. I went out and left most of it. And I never make reviews!!"

"Our family often uses the Southern Highlands for a get-to-gether as members live in Sydney and Canberra. So this time we chose Canyonleigh and U Saucy Thing as they are pet friendly (a place to tie up the dogs and bowls of water and a good area where the dogs can play ball etc) and they are also able to produce tasty dairy free food. So one sunny though chilly Sunday saw 11 of us sit down for brunch at U Saucy Thing. The eating area was warm and cosy. The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully cooked. The menu had good options on it and the coffee was very good. The greeting from the staff was warm and friendly. We will be returning to sample more of their goodies."
