What User likes about The Federal Hotel:
Have been here twice now - a few years apart and both times fantastic. First time there was the first time having sticky date pudding in Australia. Second time we were driving through and had to find the pub again for it. It didn't disappoint then either! Was open over Easter break so was great stop when many options were closed. read more.

Went here with 36 other people for a dinner. Ordered a Lemon, Lime & Bitters. Not hard but took back the first one and then got exactly the same thing again and was told it was a different sort of bitters. Well the drink had no lime in it and maybe 1/2 teaspoon of bitters.
