What User doesn't like about St. Louis Bread Co.:
The staff is friendly here, but this is the second time they have forgotten something in my order. The last time it was the bread bowl, and this time it was the baguette. I don't want to have to drive all the way back home and then realize I am missing something. View all feedback.
Nicest staff ever! Everyone was so happy and willing to help me. The places smells good when you walk in and is very clean. Tracy at the counter was so helpful and went about and beyond!! Definitely the location to visit!!
Ordered a you pick 2, broccoli cheddar soup and turkey bacon bravo. The soup was all cheese and no broccoli, the baguette was stale, and the sandwich was basically a bacon and cheese sandwich. Usually the turkey bacon bravo is thick, and you can actually see the turkey. The food is too expensive to be screwed over like this. Won't go back to this location again. Terrible.
I went in this morning to buy muffins for work teammates. Tried to order 15 and was greeted with they only had so many and they were cooked a day ahead. I said please don’t stress we will figure it out. I got a terse response I said Im sorry I don’t want you stressed and I politely leftThere are many other options I’ll not give my business to this Panera again.
For the first time they order breakfast sandwich. I ate it in my car as soon as I got it, that was cold. not even warm/not hot, cold. Who wants cold egg? ew. as it had been made before the time to sit and wait to be used. I put it in the bag to heat it up in a lot when I came home. I shouldn't have to do that. I'll never be here again. it was a whim idea a false one lolseveral other paint I was here for lunch, there are 1 special workers I feel very rude. she always runs around and helps to command when I see her, she never says hi or even smiles. I had to go through it once and she liked to cut me off when I went. she smoked a cigarette outside when she came back, she immediately went back to do her job. no handwashing? positiw: I met nice workers who put the coffee stuff on today. her coffee is good.
I love breadco, but the service at this place is missing. do not pay them extra for avocado or double meat/cheese or adapt any kind, because they consistently forget to put them on the sandwich very frustrating pay for something I do not receive.
