Drive thru may look packed in the mornings but the line moves quickly, staff is friendly, and I'm always satisfied with my drink and breakfast. And I know I can ask questions without them making me feel dumb lol View all feedback.
What Mariah Nelson doesn't like about Starbucks:
Never again! I pre-ordered a bagel and cream cheese (it was my fiancé?s birthday and that?s what he wanted) and a caramel macchiato (they didn?t have caramel either ?????but anyhoo I stated in the drive thru TWICE that I had already paid for a bagel and I had to WAIT 5-6 minutes at the window while barely being acknowledged ????...I'm losing my faith in Starbucks because this isn't the only location slacking! This Starbucks is in a great location, if you stay in The pavilion apartments I would recommend it to you. Inside is big and clean, plenty of chairs ???? Great coffee ?? Parking lot is big. Some pictures from inside. I hope they always keep clean our Starbucks coffee shop????
I gave my order. And stated the fact that I had an allergy in regards to one of their food items that is seasonal. I asked for them to sanitize the picture. I know from having the allergies that there is a possibility of cross-contamination. It doesn?t help that they didn?t say OK we can sanitize that for you they just said that there would be cross-contamination even if it?s sanitized. Which makes me feel like they don?t want to clean it. Which is a little worrisome for someone who has a severe allergy. but also I try to use my points and I requested that I use my points on my card. To which the card was run and the points were not used and they declared that I needed to tell them that I wanted my point of you. I have never experienced talking to a brick wall like I did at the Starbucks this is why it gets to stars. Communication is amazing especially whenever you treat a customer who has an allergy like they?re a human being and not like they?re a burden. Sidenote when I request that they sanitize the picture they?ll make a note on the drink out of courtesy and so I know that they are on the same level. This individual does not which makes me a little leery to drink the drink that I paid money for. That is disgusting.
I literally never make these but the kindest humans ever work here. i come every single day they?ve made my day so many times. a couple weeks ago i was having a terrible day got home dropped my entire drink they remade it for me. they?ve left sweet notes like ?have a good day? on my drink, and just always go above beyond. it always brightens my day. i literally never have to wait on my drink even if i did i wouldn?t mind because they?re all so sweet to be around. best starbucks employees ever !!! give them all raises
