Arby's - Marysville

They need to bring back the potatoes cakes. That was the one thing that my wife liked from there. Now she doesn't ever want to go there. Other than that they fish sandwich was good and a lot better than the other fast food places.

I watched the crew stand around and purposely not help customers. Another crew member stepped up and tried to hide their annoyance with their crewmates. I have enjoyed this location in the past. They do have a sign posted noting they are short staffed. I only give a bad review because this has happened multiple times. I suggest this is a good location for a kiosk ordering system. It would be more courteous.

I’ve always like Arbys. This particular one though has some issues. Always slow and there was a long black hair in my wife’s sandwich. So discussing.

It was horrible. I know the sandwiches are not as good as they used to be, I could have dealt with it better if the rest was OK. The curly fries where cold when I got them. And the soda had no flavor.

Lots of choices and no burgers! Chicken, beef, brisket, pepperoni, turkey.....all of the there cooked everywhere from slow roasted to deep fried. Nine different kinds of sliders. Great menu.
