It was my first time at Biggby. I've heard so many great things, and there is always a line. I got the coffee cake, it was just ok for me. I like more cinnamon in mine. The coffee was great, and I look forward to going back for the coffee. The customer service was the best! I enjoyed ordering and paying and being greeted and treated like I wanted to spend my money there. I will be back. View all feedback.

The coffee is the best around so drive half an hour out of the way to come here. Buy four coffees to get through the work week. Asked for 16 Splenda packets (4 Splenda per coffee) to take home and stir in later and the barista says that she might have to charge me? Feel very very offended.
