Bella - Maryville

Had eaten for the first time in Bella on Thursday, May 4th. They were obviously not busy, but we waited about 5 minutes at the Hostess station until the hostess showed up. Both a bartender and a waiting staff saw us waiting there, but we did not recognise ourselves in any way. It would have been nice to have something to the effect like “Hello”, “Welcome to Bella” or “the hostess will be right with you.” When the host arrived, she was nice and friendly and sat down. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered a 1/2 Panini sandwich and soup. The soup was tasty, but came out to warn, towards cold as the sandwich. I've seen this before in other local restaurants and I'm wondering if it's just a regional thing. My expectation is that soup is served hot! as well as a panini sandwich. I have read other reviews and the majority was 5 stars, but not today. I hope that was a fuke, but we're not in a hurry to go back.

Service, quality and atmosphere are always phenomenal when we visit! The service is always so knowledgeable and helpful in my menu selections. Brunch on Sundays is our absolute favorite!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, vegetarian options available and my mother in law is vegan, the server did a great job at recommending what dish she should get and substituted what we neededParking: Across the street has plenty of parking, but if you go on W Harper Ave, there is a parking garage entrance. On the third level of that parking garage there is a doorway and it leads out only two doors down from Bella. Great place to park if there is any rain or if the parking lot is full across the street!!

Fabulous meal. Pasta was fresh, light and flavourful, as were the salads. Good wine selection. Peaceful ambience good service. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Bella never disappoints. Food, service and atmosphere all top notch.
