In the past six months, things have not been the same since the restaurant changed ownership. Yesterday, I went to Jaboni's for lunch and ate in the restaurant. We ordered a half cheese, half sausage pizza. The crust was excellent, and I am a fan of good crust. The only downside was that the sausage was not what I am used to. My partner ordered spaghetti and meatballs, which she enjoyed a lot. I tried a meatball and found it to be delicious. Personally, I prefer a sweeter spaghetti sauce, as that is how my mom used to make it. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. The staff were attentive and did a great job. Our server was patient and engaging with our two-year-old. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. I would recommend visiting Jaboni's for a pizza or a meatball sandwich, paired with a cold beer. They also had football playing on big screen TVs. It is a nice spot to enjoy an Italian meal.

And the fourth time, I thought I was getting a good pizza, but it tasted like a frozen Digiorno pizza from Walmart. The service is fast, but they need to improve overall.
I've never had better pizza and penne alla vodka! It's hands down the best. My family in New York loved it too. I can't wait for their Knoxville location to open!
