Probably the coolest place in all of Masbate. Nice bar, good food, good service. Airconditioned. A bucket of drinks include one pulutan and, since we are drinkers, we actually have enough pulutan. We also do out Rodeo Masbateno Inc board meetings here. And our cowboy friends would normally have drinks here, when the budget allows. View all feedback.
