What is amazing is that it is fully owned by a local chef from Quebec who ensures that his clientele gets the best service, a great wine selection, a menu so delicious that customers can only fall in love. "We went back to the alep in a couple. It is one of our usual restaurants, because food is always of quality. we usually take the tasting menu. what we appreciate most in this menu is that it is possible to modify dishes that we love less for others.All flavors are at the rendezvous. We also appreciate service, relatively affordable price (for quality) and sommelier service. Little forget, we asked to have some dishes to bring and they were forgotten! oops. but it is forgiven;)"

"We were 3, we had the ham, cheese and apple...delicious! The ham, cheese, mushroom and bechamel...delicious! And a breakfast one...sublime! I don't know what is their crêpe recipe but it is crunchy, a bit sweet and it taste a little like sesame. We unanimously agreed that we'll go back again."
