What Alex doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We went through the drive-thru. The employee at the window told us to park up front and that someone would come and bring us our two lunch sandwiches in 2 minutes. We waited for over 10 minutes. We decided to go back and our order was already ready in a bag, they forgot about us. Plus, it was cold. This is the second time this has happened. There is a real lack of communication between employees. View all feedback.
