The young man with the brown curly hair, usually in a pony tail (I apologize for not catching his name), is a customer service dream! He is always pleasant, kind, informative and greets us with a smile. So I have started going to this Dunkin’ Donuts about once every morning and I’m thinking today will be the last! Every time I went… the iced latte that I get has never been made consistently.
